OIM Online Workshop – Restarting a Startup after a Pandemic Pause

June 24, 2020 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

COVID quarantines and shutdowns have brought plenty of businesses to a screeching halt this spring. But what about the startups that haven’t been able to get started at all? Fresh after an Oregon Innovative Marketing panel of experts shared how businesses can pivot during a pandemic, this month’s InnoMix will explore how a startup with limited funds can reignite its marketing plan and roll into a productive future.

AdvenChair is a locally made, all-terrain wheelchair designed to help people with disabilities connect with friends, family and nature. After winning the Bend Outdoor Worx Breakout Award last fall, Founder Geoff Babb and his team were expecting to deliver their first shipment of chairs to excited customers this month. But the pandemic abruptly put the brakes on virtually all of their orders.

Join in as OIM’s panel of experts recommends workable solutions for reigniting in marketing strategy, social media, PR and more. Our unique zoom workshop format will allow audience members to ask questions and offer suggestions as well. Your business will also have a chance to be the one our panel reviews for free next month.

Whether you’re a startup, interested in the outdoor industry, or just want to feel good about doing business in Central Oregon again, this is an event you won’t want to miss.
